TV Go Device Limit Reached

I have not been able to use Virgin TV Go for over a month now as I am being told I have reached the limit for the number of devices able to register.

Despite only ever registering my laptop and phone, there are 5 devices listed (3x 'My Computer - Google Chrome' and 2x 'Xiaomi Redmi 6A') and no options to change or remove devices (as mentioned I haven't been able to watch for a long time so haven't made any recent device changes).

Is there any way to simply remove all devices and re-register the 2 that I actually use (and prevent this from happening again)? At present there is no way for me to change or remove any devices in 'Device Management'.

Hey geoffstronguk,

 

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your TV go app.

 

The way we operate it means that you have to keep cookies on their PC or laptop or it will register as a new device every time and use up all the changes.
