TV Go - Device Limit Reached - Ongoing Issues

Hi,

I am having issues with the TV Go App and max users reached as a number of other Virgin customers are having too.

I am using an ASUS laptop with Chrome/Edge, not in incognito mode, and not clearing the cache.

Please can you tell me how to resolve this as I am unable to access TV Go.

Thanks for the reply.

Device- ASUS Laptop with Windows 10

Browser- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

App version- I believe I have been using the latest version but not 100% sure how to check.
