More trouble from this flakey software....
Trying to sign in as main account holder but it thinks I'm a sub-account!
Makes a change, normally think my PC isn't registered when it was - who wrote/tested this software???

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry you are still having issues with our TV Go app , this was a known issue which has now been resolved,
Can you confirm you are using the same log in details you use when logging into your online account ?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
Could you please try to log in now if unable and have tried the above please come back to us.
I just re-installed the app on my mobile and my PC and still have the same problem on both...
The fault ticket for this issue was raised again and then reported as resolved as of last night. Sorry for any confusion caused.
Can you confirm if you are still having issues please?
