TV Go App

Hi - I recently contacted customer services to say that I was having issues with device limit reached messages (when in fact I only had 2 registered devices) They wiped everything and said I was ready to start from scratch... everything looked okay until I tried to watch Sky Sports and I couldn't as it said that the device limit was reached?? Any Suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome to our community forum. 

We're aware of an issue where TV Go isn't working and is advising that your device limit has been reached

Our team are currently investigating this issue, the reference is F008461634. We'll provide an update here as soon as we know more.

This issue should now be resolved for all customers. 

Have you tried accessing the app again since? 

Are you trying to use it via the app or a web browser?
