TV Go App

When trying to access TV Go app on iPad keep being told that I have an old version & need to download new version of app. When I go to App Store there doesn't appear to be a new version Help please.

What iPad and iOS version do you have?

The TV Go app now requires iOS 11 or later.

Thanks for that - I have iOS 10 so I suppose that my watching on the go scuppered by Virgin media despite paying for the XL package 😡

iOS changed from 32bit to 64bit apps between iOS 10 and iOS 11. So to support both iOS 11 and later and iOS 10 really means having two versions of the app.

Android did the same between Android 4.x and 5.x. TV Go on Android now needs Android 5.1 or later.

At some point maintaining two versions of the app for devices is no longer cost effective for a commercial company to do.

REALLY  FRUSTRATING THAT MY TV GO APP NEVER WORKS ON MY IPAD - KEEPS TELLING ME UNAVAILABLE AND TO TRY AGAIN LATER.  NOT HAPPY:(

iPad is Air2 and all installs up to date 14.4. I keep being told to try later - it’s been a month or so now and really frustrating 😞
