When i go to select a programme from the TV Guide in the TV GO App the black popup at the bottom of the screen comes up but it is blank but goes back down straight away. I have tried uninstalling the app on my laptop but that hasn't worked.

Managed to get it fixed by the virgin support staff resetting my password as i couldn't login to the page to do it myself
