TV Go App has been working fine until last Friday when a message was displayed when I tried to watch live tv. The message stated;
If you'd like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package.
I rang Virgin and was told all looked ok and I was on the correct package. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the error. This is happening on both Android devices I use, one tablet and one A40 phone.
Please can someone assist as I'm paying for a Service that I can no longer use.
I assume customers who have been experiencing this issue in my area as it has been going on since monday the 29th of July to be given compensation because the fault has been affecting our service for more that 48 hours.
Once again the TV Go app isn't working. Now being asked to sign in. When I select the sign in button I get the message "Sorry this isn't available. Oops the service isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes."
