When trying to watch live TV via Virgin TV Go app, I am being requested to upgrade with the following message:
”if you’d like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package” despite live TV with Virgin TV Go being included as part of my package.
what can be done to resolve this?

Is this happening on all channels or just certain ones?
Been happening to loads of people and nothing being done. Absolute rubbish service from VM
