I've gone to watch the TV Go App on my laptop which was a registered device, but the app doesn't recognise it. When it prompts me to replace device, I do that and then I still get the same message about replacing an existing device. Having tried that several times, it now says I can't replace any more devices for another 29 days. It's no use to me if I can't watch anything through the app for another month. Help!
