Cable customer from its inception in 80's in Birmingham .have never missed a bill payment.my package is big kahuna xl tv..200mb internet..and free sky movies for 6 months..v6 box Ps5& . +size 9 feet..iphone 11 plus..
Have raised a ticket over 2 weeks ago with technical support and have sent several screenshots. Have two separate issues:
Previously was able to log in but was being prompted to ‘upgrade subscription in order to view content’ (provided I have full virgin package (broadband, tv, home phone and mobile).
Issue I’m encountering now is unable to sign in and get the error message ‘sorry this service is not available at the moment - please try again later’. Have deleted and reinstalled the app and still not working.
