I recently bought a Moto G7 Power android phone with Android 9 software. I cannot use the Virgin TV Go app on this phone, all other Virgin apps work fine.
When I load the app the Virgin Media logo starts but after that the screen stays black, nothing happens further.
Please advise a fix.
Can you confirm if the app has the latest update?
Does uninstalling and reinstalling the app change anything?
