So a few weeks it took over a week of on line chat with virgin, 3 phone calls and this forum to get my TV Go App to work again after it didn’t want to log on using my main account details. I go to watch live TV on it tonight and it wants me to call a phone number to upgrade my TV package to watch. wth is going on with this app? I will lose the will to live if I have to online chat, phone etc. again to get it working. Just sort your life out virgin, as a loyal customer I am not in the least impressed.
