TV Go App doesn't prompt to register new device

Hi team,

I am trying to install the Virgin TV Go app on an ipad, 

I download the app, sign-in with my usual VM account details - but i am not prompted to register the device nor replace one of the existing devices.

Can anyone advise why?

I can see on another device that I have 2 tries remaining this month

Can you please confirm if you're able to watch content on the TV Go application on this device?

What should happen is that this registers in one of the vacant slots, or replaces the one that has not been used for the longest period of time.
