TV Go App does not recognise username os password

I have downloaded the TV Go App to my iphone and I cannot log in to it. It is an iPhone SE running iOS 15.1. I hav tried changing the password but I still get the same error:

"Username or password incorrect. Please retry and tick the box below to prove you are not a robot."

Please help.

It needs to be the same password as for your My Virgin Media account. You would put your VM email address as your user name and then the password.

Let us know what happens.

Thank you for your post. I'm really sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble with the TV Go app at the moment.
