TV Go App Sign In issues

Hi.

trying to Sign into the app on Iphone and Ipad and keep getting sign in Failure, i have removed and reloaded app and reset password.

I can log into the Media app with my details no problem.

 

any help ?

After spending some time ( alomst 24 hours ) messaging through the chat feature on the app, I was told to download the TV GO 360 App. I've checked the App store and itune and can't find a listing, I can't even find any remark about there being two apps TV Go & TV Go 360 on the Virgin Media Website.
I'm now being told I need to phone the second line of support for help.

Has anyone got the TV Go 360 app ?

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

I am sorry but it dose seem as though you haven't been given the correct information.  There isn't a sperate app for the TVGO with the 360 box. Are you able to let me know if you are able to access the TVGO on a PC/laptop?

Hi Zak.

Thanks I thought so, I couldn't find any information on an app specifically for users with a 360 Box.

I've not attempted to download the app to a Laptop/Pc on Mobile(Apple) and IPAD ?

I'm currently at work and if I look on the Virgin site it says that the PC version is currently unavailable.
