For 4 weeks now I have not been able to use TV GO on my PC.
I get the following
This happens with both app and browser, I have reinstalled both, I am signing in with my main virgin account that I use for my virgin media, I have changed the password. I have used the virgin send us a message but have had no reply 3 weeks on. I have tried chat but am just left hanging.
Hi watsov, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TVGO service and have reached the device limit. We will be able to reset this for you. Can you confirm if you have managed to get this reset or still require assistance? ^Chris
Been private messaging hoping to sort this out, they have asked for my virgin media log in details. I am not happy to give this so apparently there is no more they can do. I will just have to rely on good old bbc iplayer if I want to watch tv in another room.
thanks for the reply. I have provided lots of info including account number, site number, package details. So I would have thought they could tell they were speaking to the account holder without giving away my log in. I am resigned to not using the tv go service. I have now tried it with the browser on the pc, as the app has been taken away, and the app on my iPad. Still cannot sign in. I find it odd because I used the service on my pc without problems the first half of 2020.
