Hello All,

Why are Virgin so behind the curve on Streaming quality???

Competitors like Sky, Amazon and Netflix all have better streaming quality..Before anyone says there is an issue with the Internet speed..There isn't.

It seems Investment is needed to improve the streaming capabilities.

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the TV Go service.  Can you please expand on the reasons you're unhappy?

The quality of the stream is not good enough...It seems to have a grain in the background when other apps do not.
