I'm new customer. While waiting for install, thought I'd try TV GO.
Getting above error.
Only have a "main account".
In other threads, I noticed other VM users have had same error message.
But it is not clear what they did to fix.
So raising this post to cover my particular problem.

Sorry about the TV Go issue. This normally means it needs an IT ticket but I'll PM you now to get some information and run further tests
