As other people have posted, we have not had access to TV GO for around 4 months. We have tried Chrome, Firefox, where you can sign in, but each time you try to play video, the device registers, and before you know it, your 5 devices are used up and still can't play video.
On Android app, its even worse as each time you try to log in, it crashes out. I realise this is offered free as part of package, but when your bill increases the value for money offered decreases.
When is this issue going to be fixed please?
