TV GO keeps registering my device

My device keeps using up my device spaces but won't let me in!

Very Very annoying and lets down the superb Virgin services

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TVGO.

 

Are you able to let me know the device you are trying to register it on?

Hi Zak,

I don't know how to let you know the answer to that?

I deleted all the slots except Adam Phone.

But every time I try to register a new device it says no slots try next month.
I did that last month! it used up the slots on one device in a row and gave me the old try next month.... useless.
I am a sky supporter but this is worse than useless. Please reset the TV go to factory settings or something.
