TV Devices are registering multiple times - The same registered PC wants to keep registering as a new device and will not work. TV GO App will not let me deregister any devices. What is going on? Very frustrating...
Replacing a registered device Virgin TV Go allows you to replace your registered devices up to 3 times per month.
To replace a registered device:
Sign in to Virgin TV Go on the new device using your primary My Virgin Media username and password Choose a Live TV channel or On Demand show to watch Enter your Virgin TV Go PIN if prompted Confirm you want to replace a device Choose which device you wish to replace Choose a name for your new device

Hi, thanks but no. I was effectively doing that (or trying to) only because my registered device was being recognised as a new device, but it didn’t seem to actually remove any devices and then said I’d reached the device removal limit... On the pc I was using the same browser (have also seen similar with an iPad although currently being recognised) - is this privacy/security settings conflicts?
Security apps/vpn's can cause the same issue - anything that masks the device's identity may cause it to flagged as a separate device. I've sent a PM so we can try to reset the registered devices for you on this occasion.
