TV GO device management issues

Hello,

Every month my device limit is reached after the first 3 things i watch because each time it registers it as a new device. Please can someone look into this?

Sorry to hear of the Virgin TV Go device registration issues you've been experiencing but thank you for taking the time to raise this via the forum and welcome to the community!

 

We've recently made some changes in regards to the devices and registration that should have fixed the issue you've been experiencing. We've reset your devices allowance and we would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know here if you experience any further issues.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

Appreciate the help, unfortunately im attempting to watch on the TV GO app now but the devices are still showing as registered 5/5.

Please would you be able to look into this for me again if possible?

Thanks for confirming that Diffen20. 

 

I have reset these again for you now, can you let me know if this resolves the issue. Just so you're aware, you will need to register all of the devices again, the fix we have applied is to prevent multiple registrations for the same device when used more thna once.
