i did post about this previously but it looks like it was removed for some reason?
basically our TV go app is missing a number of channels that were present a month ago. Channels such as Fox, Discovery and kids channels.
any suggestions anyone??

is anyone at virgin dealing with this issue? There is clearly a problem with TV go...
There are a number of threads appearing so I'm sure they will be looking into it.
It isn't affecting every user. There was an issue last week but that has been sorted out.
Did anyone get to the bottom of where the FOX channel and others has gone. I still don't have them. I had preset recordings for some shows that I have now missed. Virgin please can you sort this out and explain what has happened.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with specific channels. Do you mean on the app or on your box itself?
