TV GO can't sign in

 I can sign in to MyVirginmedia app, but not TVGo.

I have tried on chromebook (web browser & app), on a phone (using data, not wifi) and ipad.

Error Message is "Sorry, we can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a few minutes."

Help much appreciated.

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Having read through the thread, it doesn’t seem to be the same issue.

I can sign into MyVirginMedia and can access email. The only thing I can’t access is TV Go.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forums

 

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some trouble signing into your TV GO account. I appreciate that you are able to sign into your My Virgin Media account OK, but can you please try resetting your password on My Virgin Media, as this will help to refresh your account.

 

How long have you been unable to log in for?

I have never managed to sign in, but I will reset my password.

 

Maybe that will work.

I reset my password, uninstalld and reinstalled the app.

Still same error message.

And, today I received a letter saying my bill was going up and trumpeting TV Go as one of virginmedia's reasons for being great.

Make it work.

Sorry to hear this is still on-going. Just to confirm, the log-in details being used is the primary email account?

I'll send you a private message to confirm your account and log in details.
