I'm so sorry to hear this has happened on your devices! Can I ask if these are the only devices you have or if you have tried other devices and they do connect OK? Also are you only trying to connect via a web browser or have you attempted via our App as well?
Can I just ask if you currently have a media account with us @Jacka12? I've been unable to find a current account from your forum details. Please do not post any account info publicly, just let me know if you have one.
