TV GO apps and desktop fail

I have been trying to login for a couple of days both on my Iphone and pc and all i get is

Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon.
 
 is there any advice to rectify this issue
PC is Windows 10 tried all browsers
Iphone is 11pro on IOS 14.6

I'm so sorry to hear this has happened on your devices! Can I ask if these are the only devices you have or if you have tried other devices and they do connect OK? Also are you only trying to connect via a web browser or have you attempted via our App as well?

these are the only devices i have and it fails on both

I have signed up for the oomph bundle with install on the 18 of june is that why it isnt active yet

You are not a customer until you are installed on 18 June when you will gain access to all your services.
