Hi, my TV go app has not been working for months.
Whenever I try to sign in, I input my username and password and constantly get "oops that hasn't worked, please try again later"
This is constantly happening and I can't watch TV on the go. Sort your services out virgin.

Yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app.
It also does the same thing when I try to log into using a Web browser

Are you using the same details you use to sign in to the Virgin Media online account?
I believe they are the same.
I have tried changing my password to sign into media Go and it still does the same thing when using the new password
