TV GO app Device Management

I've been using the same machine to watch TV GO, mainly football, for the last 2 years. The TV app that I've installed on my machine, everytime I sign in, is asking me to replace a device. It's the same freakin device. 

Now, does anyone have a fix for this as I'm truly **bleep** off that I was unable to watch the football tonight because all 5 of my devices are taken (11 days until they can be replaced) even though it's the same damn device.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO App looked into, I am sorry if its been causing some frustration for you, especially when a big match is on!

Can I ask if you're still a Virgin Media customer please? 

I can't seem to find your services using the information on your profile, so I haven't been able to check for any faults on my side yet.
