TV GO - You have reached the max

Watching TV Go (CBS) and part the way through watching get the message 'You've reached the max' Too many devices. I have just started using TV GO And I have 1 device registered, no one else has passwords yet. Checked Sky devices and Vigin devices and there is only me registered. Why does this keep happening ? Connected via Wireless using IPAD
