TV GO - Same Device Registered 5 Times & not working

Hi

I am having problems with my TVGo - it started the other day when I went to watch and it said I wasn't registered. Strange because this laptop is the only device I have ever used but not a problem because there were 4 spots free. However each time I pressed 'Register this device' a slot was taken but the TVGo still didn't work. I am now stuck with no free slots, this device registered 5 times, unable to make any changes till March and the TVgo still saying I need to register this device. Anyone got a quck fix? Thanks
