My sign in email and password to TVGO is 100% correct, however it fails to let me in to various tv stations and continues to indicate " ! Please enter your username ( it will be an email address ) " . PLEASE HELP.
No problem signing into other Virgin areas.
Could Norton VPN be contributing to the problem?

I'm sorry you're having some issues with signing in to TVGO.
Can you give it a try without the VPN and let me know if there is any change?
Tx....Removed VPN from Norton... No change.
A bit more info... I can go, prior to signing in, to a Sky Sports Channel, where it will ask for email and password. This will connect/transfer with no problem.
A quick read of the other posts here since Saturday will demonstrate that the problems you are having are far from unique.It's only Virgin Media that are treating each report as such.

We are aware of an issue with customers signing in to TV GO and our team are currently working on a fix for as soon as we can.
Many tx Melissa for the information. At least I can stop trying the alternative options for signing in, knowing the fault is not within my tablet etc.

I'm sorry about this ongoing issue and we have logged it but need more details to add to it.
Can you confirm which login details you are using to sign in? Is it the same one you'd use for your online cable account?
Can you also confirm that you've uninstalled and re-installed the app to see if it lets you in?
Please also confirm whether the email address you're using is the primary email address or a secondary one.
Is there any news that Virgin Media have solved the TVGO sign in difficulty?. I check daily and reinstall the app anticipating there is a God somewhere.
