TV GO Registered device

Like many users on the forum I have a problem with the same device being registered many times and not being able to change them.  Does anyone have a solution?

People say ring customer service - what is the number?

Used to be a chat help service - where is it?

Any help appreciated

Hi @hefferd 

Sorry to hear you're having problems with registered devices on TV Go, we're looking at this problem actively at the moment, so I was hoping you'd be able to confirm some details to help us with the investigation:

  • What device are you using?
  • What browser are you using?
  • What's the version of the browser you're using?

We also recently posted a workaround due to some changes in default browser behaviour. Could you also try that and let me know if it makes any difference?

No - still unable to access TV GO as all 5 slots are used (for the same laptop) and I cannot change them

I'm sorry for our delayed response and to hear our workaround did not help on this occasion. I appreciate it can be a frustrating issue and like we say it is something we are looking into

 

If you'd like, I'd be happy to reset your devices for you so you can start from a clean slate?
