TV GO Not working

Hi I get the error If you’d like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package. This is wrong since im paying for ultimate Volt. Everything works fine on my tv boxes but when i try to use app or i try to use it on my computer I am unable to watch live tv or watch demand saying i need to upgrade my package

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the TV GO app. 

Can you please confirm if you get this error on every channel, or what you are selecting on the app which prompts this error?

Have you recently moved home at all and using an out of date account to sign in? Lastly, do you have Sky Sports at all to see if you're able to use the Sky Sports app without any issues?
