Hi All, I have no sound on CBS channel on the Virgin TV on the Go. It stopped working yesterday.
All other channel were fine.
Today CBS has no sound & all other channels only has sound via headphones
Checked all firmware on my device.
Can you please advise?
NB Other posting suggest a reset from Virgin would fix the problem.
CBS Reality, CBS Justice & CBS Drama are all playing ok here on Android devices.
What OS is your device running?

Can you please advise me if you've been able to get sound on the channels since your most recent post?
Does the appear to be the case on all devices you watch the content on?
Thanks for your response charms, can you please advise me if you've been able to see if this problem on other devices and through the application?
On the device you're using, have you been able to clear the cache on the browser?
