TV GO DEVICE REGISTRATION issues

this is a ridiculous situation.

A lot of people are having the same problem with Device Registration.

Virgin Server Status acknowledges this, but have been promising a fix for several weeks now.

The temporary fix seems to require a "team member" on the Community board arranging
for a reset of a user's devices.
I've asked for this.
But, at the same time, it's ridiculous that Forum member's are still putting users through all the "hoops" before acknowledging the issue.

Wake up Virgin.......Reset our Devices !
