We have been using TV GO for years. Nothing has changed to our Virgin Media account. But today we cannot watch TV on it. Its prompting to "Upgrade" "If you'd like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your TV Package"
As nothing has changed on my account, is this a general issue for all?
Same prompt appears if we try to watch TV GO on any other computers in the house.
Currently there is an ongoing issue with TV Go if you click on "Check service status" top right of this page it says "Customers using our TV Go service may have an issue streaming some channels and may get an Error message upgrade to watch. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible."
