TV GO App issue

Joining in

I am unable to watch my recordings on the TV GO a app it will let me watch live TV about not my recordings I have updated all my devices and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no success am I missing something, my local network settings are all turned on also

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues watching your recordings via TV GO. 

Are you getting any specific error at all when trying to access these?

I have been onto virgin media chat help we have tried everything from both ends but still the issue remains so they have scheduled an engineer to see what the problem is

I will do, I will put an update on after the visit to see if the issue gets resolved as I have seen quite a few people have had the same issue
