TV GO APP login failed try again

No matter how many times I try to login to the Virgin TV GO App it always fails to login and asks me to try again. I have tried on table, browser and phone but nothing works always with the same error.

Please help, I see a lot of responses to individuals but no fix on the message boards, why???

I apologise for the delay in response. I'm sorry you have been faced with this issue - can you confirm how everything is at the moment? Are you using the app on a desktop?

Still no luck, I've tried it on desktop through chrome and on Samsung tablet on the app and browser and on my phone (android).

Hi Ryan

I don’t have a desktop sorry just an iPhone. Iv tried signing in on Microsoft Edge/Safari/Chrome and also the app and it won’t let me. Iv also changed my password.
