So I have a new tv 360 box its a new contract. I have tried to login to my virgin tv go app on 2 devices and one says can not login and the other says use main account not sub Account. I have been on the phone to VM today for 1 hour and they told me I need to use the NEW Tv Go 360 app I have looked online and I can find no information on a 360 app only the normal tv go app
