TV Control App

Anyone any idea why my tv control app has suddenly stopped streaming my recordings on both my phone and my tablet tried to reset up the streaming and it doesn’t appear to be able to find the TiVo box?

Just to confirm, are both streaming device and TV Box on the same network?

They are yes but I keep getting error messages I have reported it to virgin was supposed to get a call back but nothing yet. From what my basic knowledge is telling me it’s struggling to find the tivo box on the network. The app is working fine for picking what I want to record and deleting watched programmes it’s just it will not stream my recorded programmes

Hi Leisajoy

Thanks for replying 

Can you please try unplugging the TiVo box and hub for a minute or so

Also logging out and back into the App

If you get an error message can you please then let us know what it says

Done all that it’s walked me through the setup on my phone and says set up did not complete successfully on my tablet it says E=41 V=9 then I start set up and then it says checking for streaming devices, then setup did not complete successfully error code 0

We have raised a fault for this issue 

This is not directly related to just you 

It is affecting a few more customers 

The reference number for this is F007830778

We are working as hard as we can to get this fixed
