TV CONTROL APP

I have had the Virgin TV Control app since 2016, when I had an issue with it last year I uninstalled/re-installed it and the issue was solved. I had to do the same thing yesterday but after uninstalling the app I could not re-install because a message informed me that the app was 'not optimised for my device'. Can someone at VM please help me with this

Hello

What device do you have and what operating system is on it ?

For Android now requires 6.0 and up

For Apple now requires iOS 12 or later.

I have a Samsung phone model  SM-J320FN and only have Android Version 5.1.1. You say i need version 6 is there a workaround?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the app, unfortunately there isn't a work around for this. The software would need to be android 6.0.
