Hi there, I have recently changed internet provider and so virgin TV anywhere is recognising my device as new, meaning it wont allow me to register the device until December 1st. I am wondering if it would be possible to reset the registered devices at this point. Many thanks!

In the UK VM don't use the virgin TV anywhere app. They use the VM TVGo app which works with the TV360, V6 and Stream boxes. uses with the older tivo box use the TV Control app.
The VM TV service and apps won't work if you aren't using VM as your isp.
If you are referring to the TVGo app then to reset your registered devices go to
http://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/settings/device-management.html
Make sure it's http and not https and either try an incognito window or different browser if it doesn't work.
