Not sure if this is the right area but. Recently got the new TIVO box and have the on the go on my laptop. Can see planned recordings but cannot remotely program a recording. Get a message saying box not on line but, it is. Any ideas please as after nearly 4 hours waiting on the phone to speak to someone!!!!
Thank you Steven. When I signed up I was told different with full access from my laptop. Work away a lot and would have been nice to be abke to remote record something without infesting my phone with more apps.
