Last night I could watch an episode of series 13 of NCIS Los Angeles but tonight the entire series is is missing on Virgin TV Go? Why?
Series availability does differ - new series are added, and old ones are removed, on a periodic basis.
I also see what you report - E13 is listed in the drop-down search but no episodes are available.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble watching Series 13 of NCIS.
Checking things today, we can see that there are no episodes showing so I have forwarded this over to a colleague to check if this is a fault or whether we are unable to add these right now. Once I know more, I will pop back and update you.
