Subtitles out of sync - Prodigal Son box set. They are about 10 seconds early.

Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated this subtitle issue. 

The team have come back to me today and advised that they've asked SKY to resend the subtitles as they are the broadcaster of this series.

This should now be working for you. Please do check and let us know if you have any further issues and I'll pass this onto the team if needed.
