Sub accounts can’t sign in, only main account holders can sign in
Had this issue since starting service with Virgin Media on 2nd Sept.
Spent around 4 hours to customer services over past few weeks going over the same idiots question guide, ensuring i know my own email address, that the password is right that my name is correct in the My Virgin website, changing the password, deleting and reinstalling the app and still none the better.
Had tickets raised that have allegedly been ignored, so we now have to wait a further 5 days!!
