Sub accounts can’t sign in, only main account holders can sign in

Had this issue since starting service with Virgin Media on 2nd Sept.

Spent around 4 hours to customer services over past few weeks going over the same idiots question guide, ensuring i know my own email address, that the password is right that my name is correct in the My Virgin website, changing the password, deleting and reinstalling the app and still none the better.

Had tickets raised that have allegedly been ignored, so we now have to wait a further 5 days!!

Anybody shed any light on this issue please?

Thanks for posting on our community page. Sorry to hear that you're having issues trying to access your online account.

 

How are you logging in? Is it through our App or are you using a web browser? Have you tried logging in through any other device and if so are you getting any error messages?

 

You advised there is an IT ticket already raised due to this issue. Do you happen to have the IT number? If you do we can check on the progress of this for you.
