If we're still having difficulty on this matter, please advise me of the make and model of the tablet as well as the operating system, and the version of this system.
We'd also be keen for you to confirm which app you're using - Is this TV Go or the Remote Control application? If you can also confirm the version of the application and what diagnostics you've attempted to run already, that would be ace!
