I have problem with programmes "not being available at this time" or dropping out part way through.
This has been going on for 10-14 days. Your engineer ( Area 1) is supposed to fixed every day last week.
Very sorry for the issues you've been having and the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
Due to the delay can I ask if this has now been sorted for you?
If not is the issue still showing on our service page?
