I'm on a macbook IOS monterey.

Using Chrome

When trying to watch live channels I can hear the sound but not see any picture.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

What are you trying to watch? Tv Go or Sky Sports 

Have you tried an alternative browser 

Does is happen on a different device?

Hi, it works fine on my phone.

im using the virgin tv go app on my macbook pro

ive also tried in safari and am getting the same issue

Thanks for coming back to us @pep1379, this does strike me as an issue with the device - are there any pending updates?

Can you possibly try streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime on the device to see if the same experience unfolds?
