Sound but no video Virgin tv anywhere

Hi. I have everything on the app on my Samsung A6 Tablet except the video. I was prompted to upgrade the app and after I did I lost video. I uninstall and reinstalled the app but to no avail. Anybody else got this? Peter

Please clarify.

There is no TV Anywhere app in use in the UK.

There is a single app, the Virgin TV Go app for TV 360 customers.

V6 customers have two apps, the Virgin TV Go app and the Virgin TV Control app.

Thank you Ernie. Here in Ireland we have an app called Virgin TV Anywhere which let's me see my TV channels on my tablet

I can see the channels thumbprint but when I choose a chanel it gives me sound only 😞
