Using the app all loads fine but the sounds starts with no picture, just a black screen.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times. Have rebooted the phone. Have reset app preferences through settings on phone.
No difference. Any help appreciated.

Problem solved! Was having same problem with any app that had video - virgin, prime, itv player etc.
Turns out video wasn't working because I had colourblind mode enabled in accessibility section! (I am colourblind!) For some reason it stopped videos from playing in apps. Turned mode off and everything worked.
Mad.
Anyhoo at least its solved. Thanks.
